Hello and welcome to the Pennsylvania Employee Law Blawg! My name is Brian Pulito. I am an attorney with the Meadville based law firm of Culbertson, Weiss, Schetroma, and Schug, PC. My time in the courtroom has been spent representing both individuals and business entities in both Federal and State court. I have learned during the course of my practice that litigation is an expensive way to resolve a dispute. This is no less true in the context of employee/employer lawsuits. With that said, sometimes an employee has no other choice but to sue his or her employer. Conversely, sometimes an employer finds it necessary to sue his employee. It is the purpose of this Blawg to inform and promote discussion on employee rights in the workplace. It is my hope that through such information litigation can be avoided. However, if litigation is unavoidable, it is also my hope that this Blawg will provide employees and employers, and their attorneys, with the knowledge necessary to adequately protect and promote their rights  in administrative proceedings and court.
