The Associated Press reports that OSHA has imposed the maximum fine available against Wal-Mart related to the death of one of its temporary employees on Black Friday. The accident, which made national headlines, OHSA claims occurred because Wal-Mart did not have adequate crowd controls in place. The article reports that the fine will have no impact of Wal-Mart, which makes an estimated $23,000.00 a minute.
